Once the goods are received at the post office, no exchange or return is possible .

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172 of March 19, 1994, goods of certain categories are not subject to return:

All NUMA electronic devices are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase .

If the device fails during the warranty period, we will exchange it for a new one, provided that :

original packaging (without damage)

all earbuds, charger and device itself

The warranty does not apply if:

there is mechanical damage or traces of third-party interference

missing kit items

the device was used for purposes other than those intended or in violation of the instructions
